autessa.meetingBot

Meeting bot dispatch for live call recording.

autessa.meetingBot.subdomain.dnsRecordsMUTATE

autessa.meetingBot.subdomain.dnsRecords({ botId })

Get the MX, DKIM, and SPF DNS records the customer must publish so a SUBDOMAIN_MX bot can receive email at its subdomain.

Returns the bot's email address and the DNS records to add for its subdomain: one MX record pointing at the SES inbound endpoint, three DKIM CNAME records, and one SPF TXT record. On the first call it mints and caches the three DKIM tokens on the bot, so repeated calls return the same records (idempotent). The bot's identity strategy must be SUBDOMAIN_MX. Requires ADMIN access on the bot. Classified as a mutation because the first call persists the DKIM tokens. After publishing these records, call subdomain.verify.

autessa.meetingBot.subdomain.verifyMUTATE

autessa.meetingBot.subdomain.verify({ botId })

Check that the bot subdomain's DNS records have propagated and, once they all resolve, finish provisioning the bot.

Runs live DNS lookups for the MX and DKIM records and checks SES domain verification; each failing check appends a human-readable line to errors. Only when mxOk, dkimOk, and sesOk are all true does it install the SES inbound rule (ruleInstalled) and complete the bot's provisioning — creating its AutessaDB table, tools, triggers, and schedules and flipping the bot from PENDING to VERIFIED (provisioned). Partial success is possible (e.g. ruleInstalled true but provisioned false). Idempotent: safe to re-call while records propagate. If the DKIM tokens were not yet minted, it mints them first. Requires ADMIN access on the bot.
