All Commands
Complete coverage of the CLI surface: all 30 namespaces and all 544 commands, each with what it does and whether it runs from the terminal or sends you to the web app. Every namespace links to the guide that covers it.
autessa <namespace> help is always the authority. Regenerate with npm run gen:cli. How to read this page
- Runnable commands dispatch to the SDK and do the thing.
- Web app rows are listed by the CLI but performed in the browser — running one prints where to go rather than failing. This is deliberate: discovery should tell you a capability exists and where it lives.
- Command names are shown as you type them. Run
autessa <namespace> <command> helpfor arguments and response shape.
Coverage
Account commands that sit outside the namespace tree — login, logout, status, profiles, update, version, skills — are covered in Install and sign in and Command surface.
agents
Guide: Agents
Create, configure, share, run, and evaluate AI agents. An agent is drafted with create, configured with update (this is where you attach its tools), and made LIVE with publish; one-off runs go through execute, and real multi-turn conversations are opened with execute-create then driven with execute. When giving an agent a capability, TRY TO USE AN EXISTING PURPOSE-BUILT TOOL TYPE rather than defaulting to a hand-written AUTESSA_SCRIPT — the platform ships hundreds of native tool types grouped by function, including general building blocks (API_CALL, LLM_CALL), AutessaDB data operations (AUTESSADB_QUERY_TABLE, AUTESSADB_INSERT/UPDATE/DELETE, AUTESSADB_SEMANTIC_QUERY), email and calendar (Gmail, Outlook, Google Calendar), media (TRANSCRIBE, EXTRACT_AUDIO, image/video generation), web (SCRAPE_URL, PERPLEXITY_SEARCH, LIVE_SEARCH_ENGINE), MCP, and a large connector library (HubSpot, QuickBooks, Acumatica, Zoho, Notion, Zendesk, and the social/marketing integrations). AUTESSA_SCRIPT is the general-purpose escape hatch — reach for a native tool type first and only write a script when none fits. To pick a tool type and see its exact config fields, browse the tool-types catalog; to create, configure, and publish the tool itself use the tools namespace — create the tool, then update it to set its type, then publish it — and attach the finished tool to this agent with update. The SDK only ever creates SIMPLE agents, but can read, update, run, and manage agents of any type that already exist. Agent and conversation ids are opaque strings; timestamps are ISO-8601 (UTC).

app
Guide: Custom apps
Create, configure, publish, and host custom web apps (full React/TypeScript apps). These methods manage an app's lifecycle — create it, read and list apps, publish a version live, roll a draft back to an older version, manage editor sharing and end-user hosting/security, and attach custom domains. Editing an app's actual source files is done in the Autessa web builder, not the SDK, so the file/workspace/vibecode operations are not scriptable. Publishing is a production deploy — see publish. App ids and slugs are opaque strings; timestamps are ISO-8601 (UTC).
| Command | What it does |
|---|---|
| autessa app all | List every custom app you can access in the current company, each with its latest/published version numbers, hosting mode, slug, and your access level. |
| autessa app check-slug | Check whether a public URL slug is available and validly formatted, returning available and a reason. |
| autessa app clone | Create a new private app you own by copying another app's draft source files. |
| autessa app create | Create a new custom web app from a starter template, scaffolding its draft files. |
| autessa app delete | Permanently delete an app — its custom domains, all draft/version/build files, and database rows. |
| autessa app domains add | Attach a customer-owned custom domain to an app and get back the CNAME (and possibly TXT verification) records the domain owner must create. |
| autessa app domains remove | Detach a custom domain from an app and tear down its CDN tenant. |
| autessa app domains status | List an app's custom domains with status, CNAME target, live URL when ACTIVE, and the TXT verification record when PENDING_TXT. |
| autessa app domains verify | Synchronously run one step of domain provisioning (DNS check, tenant creation, certificate attach) instead of waiting for the next scheduled poll; also resets a FAILED domain for retry. |
| autessa app get | Fetch one app's full details (versions, hosting mode, slug, public URL, your access level) plus its draft file listing. |
| autessa app get-app-info | Fetch just an app's details (name, versions, hosting mode, slug, public URL, your access level) — a lighter read than get that does not return the draft file listing or refresh the library files. |
| autessa app get-sharing-details | Get an app's sharing level, company permission, hosting mode, per-user grants, and your own access level — a read-only view of exactly what share would modify. |
| autessa app preview-url | Web appApp preview URLs are opened from the app builder in the web app. |
| autessa app publish | Publish the app — a PRODUCTION DEPLOY of all your draft changes, not a save. |
| autessa app publish-status | Poll the live progress of a publish job (from publish) until it finishes. |
| autessa app pull | Download an app's editable draft source files to sync a draft to a local folder, one page at a time. |
| autessa app push | Save files into an app's draft — the private working copy, one step below deploying to production. |
| autessa app rollback | Roll the app's editable DRAFT back to a previously published version's source. |
| autessa app share | Configure two independent things about an app in one ADMIN-only call: who can EDIT its source (code sharing) and how END-USERS reach the deployed app (hosting). |
| autessa app update | Update an app's metadata — appName, description, and the public SEO fields. |
| autessa app versions | List all versions of an app, newest first, with each version's state, buildId, and live build status. |
| autessa app visible-urls | The two URLs that matter for an app, composed in one call: editorUrl, where the owner opens it in the builder, and publishedUrl, the single live URL its end-users reach. |
autessadb
Guide: AutessaDB
AutessaDB is the product's system of record — structured, per-company tables with built-in row-level and field-level security. Create and administer tables (schema, security, sharing, ownership, soft-delete) with the autessadb tables commands; read and write rows, including semantic search, with the autessadb query commands; automate per-row reactions with the autessadb trigger commands; manage the roles that scope access with the autessadb roles commands; and review the audit trail with the autessadb access-log commands. Every read and write respects the calling user's row- and field-level security. Table and row ids are opaque strings; timestamps are ISO-8601 (UTC).
| Command | What it does |
|---|---|
| autessa autessadb access-log list | List the company's row-level data access log, newest first, filterable by table, row, date range, and action. |
| autessa autessadb query aggregate | Run a group-by aggregation over a table — count/sum/avg/min/max and similar rollups computed server-side. |
| autessa autessadb query batch-delete | Delete every row matching the given WHERE groups in one call. |
| autessa autessadb query batch-update | Update every row matching the given WHERE groups to the given column values in one call. |
| autessa autessadb query bulk-delete-by-ids | Delete many rows by their numeric ids in one call. |
| autessa autessadb query bulk-insert | Insert many rows in one call. |

| autessa autessadb query delete-row | Delete a single row by its numeric row id. |
| autessa autessadb query generate-upload-link | Get a presigned S3 PUT URL to upload media for a FILE/IMAGE/AUDIO/VIDEO column. |
| autessa autessadb query get-data | Page through all of a table's rows with no filters, sorted newest-updated first (updated_at DESC, id DESC). |
| autessa autessadb query get-single-row | Fetch one row by its numeric row id. |
| autessa autessadb query insert | Insert one row into a table as a map of column name to typed value. |
| autessa autessadb query join-query | Query a table joined to related tables via foreign keys, with WHERE groups, ordering, column projection, and pagination. |
| autessa autessadb query query | Query a table's rows with WHERE groups, ordering, and pagination — the primary way to read filtered data. |
| autessa autessadb query semantic-search | Semantic (vector) search over a table's indexed column, ranked by similarity to a query string. |
| autessa autessadb query update | Update a single row's column values by row id; only the columns you send change (omitted columns keep their current value, so this coexists with concurrent user edits to other columns). |
| autessa autessadb roles create | Create an AutessaDB security role. |
| autessa autessadb roles delete | Delete an AutessaDB security role and its assignments. |
| autessa autessadb roles get | Fetch one AutessaDB security role by roleId, including its table policies and assignments. |

| autessa autessadb tables get-sharing-details | Get a table's sharing level, company-wide permission, per-user grants, your own access level, and its row-security settings — a read-only view of exactly what share and update-settings would modify. |
| autessa autessadb tables list-deleted | List your soft-deleted tables (your trash), each with the time left before it is permanently purged. |
| autessa autessadb tables restore | Restore a soft-deleted table within its 14-day grace period, before the hard-delete sweep purges it. |
| autessa autessadb tables share | Set a table's sharing mode — PRIVATE, COMPANY-wide at one access level, or SPECIFIC_MEMBER with per-user grants via usersToAdd/usersToRemove. |
| autessa autessadb tables update-schema | Modify a table's schema by removing columns, adding columns, and adding SINGLE_SELECT/ MULTI_SELECT options (there is no rename or retype). |
| autessa autessadb tables update-settings | Update a table's security settings (owner or ADMIN only) — toggle rlsEnforced and set or clear the default role auto-assigned to grantees when the table is shared. |
| autessa autessadb trigger add | Add a trigger to a table that fires per row on INSERT/UPDATE/DELETE and runs a tool, an agent, a manager, or a write to another AutessaDB table. |
| autessa autessadb trigger all | List all of a table's triggers (enabled or not). |

| autessa autessadb trigger get | Fetch a single trigger's configuration by id. |
| autessa autessadb trigger history | Page through a table's trigger execution history — which triggers fired, on what event, and their result — for a given year and month. |
| autessa autessadb trigger update | Update a trigger by submitting triggerId plus the complete modified trigger object. |
billing
Guide: Company and account
Read your company's self-service billing — account balance and ledger, billing/tax address, budget limits and current spend, plan/commitment and the resolved per-task rate, invoices and a mid-period invoice preview, saved payment methods, and the per-task usage drill-down — and set your billing/tax address and your budget limits. Everything is scoped to your active company; reads are open to members and the writes need billing permission. Money is always in cents. Making payments (pay an invoice, prepay), changing your plan commitment, configuring auto-evaluation, and managing payment methods (add/remove/set-default) are intentionally not available through the SDK — they are done from the billing page in the web app.
| Command | What it does |
|---|---|
| autessa billing account | Read the company's billing account standing — prepaid balance, payment state, and the most recent prepaid-ledger entries. |
| autessa billing address | Read the company's billing/tax address — the jurisdiction used for tax and the invoice bill-to. |
| autessa billing budget | Read the company's budget limits and current spend this period — hard cost/task caps, the soft warning target and thresholds, extra notification recipients, and accrued usage. |
| autessa billing configure-autoeval | Web appAuto-evaluation billing is configured from your company's billing page in the web app. |
| autessa billing invoice-link | Web appHosted invoice links are generated from your company's billing page in the web app. |
| autessa billing invoice-preview | Preview the current period's invoice mid-month — the same math as month-end, computed live and persisting nothing. |
| autessa billing invoices | List the company's invoices, newest first. |
| autessa billing pay-invoice | Web appInvoices are paid from your company's billing page in the web app. |
| autessa billing payment-config | Read the company's payment configuration — whether a card is on file (with its brand and last four), the billing currency, and whether bank linking is available. |
| autessa billing plan | Read the company's plan — active monthly commitment and any scheduled change, remaining commitment credit, the resolved per-task rate in effect now, the public rate-curve anchors, any enterprise grant allowance, and the next invoice date and payment term. |
| autessa billing prepay | Web appPrepayments are made from your company's billing page in the web app. |
| autessa billing remove-source | Web appPayment methods are removed from your company's billing page in the web app. |
| autessa billing set-address | Set the company's billing/tax address (tax jurisdiction + invoice bill-to). |
| autessa billing set-budget | Set the company's budget limits — hard cost/task caps, the soft warning target and thresholds, and extra notification recipients. |
| autessa billing set-commitment | Web appPlan commitments are changed from your company's billing page in the web app. |
| autessa billing set-default-source | Web appThe default payment method is set from your company's billing page in the web app. |
| autessa billing sources | List the company's saved payment methods (cards and bank accounts) with their brand/bank, last four, status, and which is the default. |
| autessa billing task | Read the itemized cost receipt for one AI task (the per-task drill-down) — its metadata, token/voice/RAG usage, per-component cost at the resolved rate, and whether the amount is frozen (invoiced) or a live estimate. |
| autessa billing tasks | List the company's individual AI-task rows for one period (the billing usage drill-down), paginated. |

company
Guide: Company and account
Manage the caller's company — profile, members and roles, invitations, and usage/limit status — plus create a new company you own. Most methods act on the caller's active company; reads are open to members and administration needs the manage-team-members permission. Ownership transfer, self-service billing, and single sign-on configuration are not available through the SDK (they are administered from the browser UI).
| Command | What it does |
|---|---|
| autessa company create | Create a new company owned by the current user, optionally making it the caller's default scope. |
| autessa company invite | Invite someone to the company by email, granting them one or more roles; sends an invitation email. |
| autessa company members | List the company's members and each member's effective permissions. |
| autessa company remove-member | Remove a member from the company. |
| autessa company roles | List the roles available in the company (the six built-in roles plus any custom roles). |
| autessa company set-member-roles | Set the roles assigned to a company member. |
| autessa company update | Rename the company. |
| autessa company usage-status | Read the company's current usage against every limit dimension (entities, executions, LLM/vibecode credits, phone, storage, semantic search, browser, and AI-task metering). |

connectors
Guide: Connectors
24 provider families sharing a common six-command lifecycle. The full per-provider listing lives in the guide.
conversation-sync
Guide: Webhooks and queues
Company-scoped rules that copy a CLOSED agent conversation's message log into an AutessaDB table row for reporting and analysis. Whenever a matching conversation is closed and logged, the sync runs asynchronously (off the conversation-logged queue, not at config-write time) and writes that conversation's transcript as JSON into a table you name. This is NOT how an agent is deployed or made reachable to end-users — it only archives conversations that have already happened; the destination is always an AutessaDB table, never an external connector. Create a config with create naming the agents to watch and the target table(s), list them with all, and adjust one with update. Configs never sync retroactively — a config applies only to conversations closed after it is written. Every method verifies the config belongs to your current company.
| Command | What it does |
|---|---|
| autessa conversation-sync all | List every conversation-sync config in your current company — enabled and disabled alike — each fully resolved with its agent filter, evaluation/sandbox settings, and table-update rules. |
| autessa conversation-sync create | Create a conversation-sync config scoped to your current company. |
| autessa conversation-sync delete | Permanently delete a conversation-sync config (irreversible). |
| autessa conversation-sync get | Fetch one conversation-sync config by id, fully resolved with its agent filter, evaluation/sandbox settings, and table-update rules. |
| autessa conversation-sync update | Update a conversation-sync config. |

custom-webhooks
Guide: Webhooks and queues
Create and manage inbound webhooks. A webhook exposes a public URL that an external system calls; the received payload is transformed — via JSONPath mappings or an AutessaScript transform script — into named variables, which are then substituted into a target resource (a tool, agent, manager, or a direct AutessaDB operation) that runs asynchronously. Draft one with create (which returns the API key exactly once), reconfigure it with update, watch its inbound calls with get-execution-history, and remove it with delete. Ids are opaque strings; the secret key value is only ever returned at creation and rotation.
| Command | What it does |
|---|---|
| autessa custom-webhooks create | Create an inbound webhook and mint its API key. |
| autessa custom-webhooks delete | Permanently delete a webhook (hard delete). |
| autessa custom-webhooks get | Fetch one webhook's configuration by id. |
| autessa custom-webhooks get-all | List every webhook you can access in the current company — those you own plus those shared with you (company-wide or per-user). |
| autessa custom-webhooks get-execution-history | Page through a webhook's inbound execution history — status, timing, attempt number, and decrypted execution details — newest page first. |
| autessa custom-webhooks refresh-api-key | Rotate a webhook's API key. |
| autessa custom-webhooks share | Web appWebhook sharing is managed from the Autessa web app. |
| autessa custom-webhooks update | Update a webhook's configuration and/or its enabled flag. |

e-signature
Guide: Documents and meetings
Read your company's e-signature data — list and inspect envelopes (and your signing inbox), fetch an envelope's full detail, view or download its PDF, reveal its shareable direct signing links, browse folders and templates, and look up saved contacts and company members — and organize envelopes into folders (create a folder, and file or un-file envelopes). Everything is scoped to your active company. Ids are opaque strings; timestamps are ISO-8601. Sending, editing, sealing, voiding, and sharing envelopes, renaming/deleting/sharing folders, and managing templates remain web-app-only — done from the e-signature page in the web app.

managers
Guide: Managers
Create, configure, share, and evaluate managers — multi-agent orchestrators that delegate to a set of sub-agents. A manager is drafted with create, configured with update (its sub-agent list, instructions, model, and voice), and made LIVE with publish. There is no execute/run method here: managers are run only by hosted apps and end-user clients, so conversations and statistics reflect those external runs, not any run you can start from this namespace. Here you configure managers and read their closed conversations and evaluations. The SDK only creates SIMPLE managers. Manager and conversation ids are opaque strings; timestamps in responses are ISO-8601 (UTC).
| Command | What it does |
|---|---|
| autessa managers conversation | Fetch one closed manager conversation by conversationId, including its full orchestration log and evaluations. |
| autessa managers conversations | List a manager's closed conversations, newest first, one fixed-size page at a time (page is 0-based). |
| autessa managers create | Create a new draft manager with a name and description. |
| autessa managers delete | Permanently delete a manager and revoke its API-key permission. |
| autessa managers generate-audio-upload-link | Generate a presigned S3 PUT URL for uploading a WAV audio file to reference in a manager conversation. |

marketplace
Guide: Marketplace and bundles
Browse the template marketplace — the catalog of shareable resource bundles (agents, tools, tables, apps, webhooks, and more) that can be installed into a company. These methods are read-only discovery — search and list published templates, inspect one in full detail, browse the category tree and featured picks, and see what your company has installed or authored. Installing, publishing, editing, and packaging templates are all done from the Autessa web app, not the SDK, so those endpoints are not scriptable. Ids are opaque strings and slugs are stable URL-friendly identifiers; either can address a template.

Read your company's meeting-recorder data — list and inspect recorder bots (their config, health, permissions, and upcoming calendar meetings), list and fetch recordings, and preview a bot share. Those reads are scoped to your active company; ids are opaque strings and timestamps are ISO-8601. Everything that changes state is done from the meeting settings in the web app, not the SDK: creating and configuring bots, connecting a Google or Microsoft calendar as a bot and setting up a bot's custom subdomain (DNS records + verification), dispatching, uploading, and retrying recordings, sharing, inviting bots to events, and in-app alerts.

phone-reminders
Guide: Phone and SMS
Manage your personal phone-reminder setups — Autessa scans your connected calendars and calls you before your events. Create a setup, list and fetch your setups, change their settings or which calendars they scan, delete one, and trigger an immediate scan. Setups are personal — only the owner can read or change their own. Ids are opaque strings; times are HH:mm in the setup's timezone. Resetting a setup (which re-provisions and changes the Autessa phone number) is not available through the SDK — it is done from the web app.

qr-codes
Guide: QR codes
Create and manage QR codes — dynamic short links that redirect a scanner to a destination URL, with scan analytics, custom visual design, and UTM campaign tagging. Each code is assigned a public slug automatically (you never set it), and because the code is dynamic you can change its destination later without reprinting. Codes are private to their creator by default and can be shared with teammates or made company-wide. Ids and slugs are opaque strings; timestamps are ISO-8601 (UTC).

tools
Guide: Tools
Create, configure, run, and share tools — the capabilities you attach to agents. A tool is drafted with create, configured (its type and arguments) with update, made runnable with publish, and can be run directly with execute to test it. workqueues
Guide: Webhooks and queues
Manage durable background work queues for your company — create and configure queues, pause/resume them, enqueue batches of work items, and monitor processing (list and inspect items, read per-group progress, retry dead items, cancel a group). Every method is scoped to your active company. Queue, item, and group ids are opaque strings; time fields are plain integers (seconds). Items are processed asynchronously by the worker fleet, so enqueue returns immediately and you poll progress to watch them drain.
| Command | What it does |
|---|---|
| autessa workqueues cancel-group | Cancel every not-yet-terminal item in a group (pending/running items stop being leased). |
| autessa workqueues create | Create a work queue in your company. |
