Documents and Meetings

Three read-heavy namespaces. e-signature covers envelopes, folders, templates and contacts; meetings covers recorder bots and recordings; voice lists your voice-cloning library. All three follow the same pattern — reading and light organizing are scriptable, while anything that sends, dispatches or creates is a browser step.

The shape to expect across this page: reads are yours, state changes are the web app's. That is deliberate — sending a contract for signature, dispatching a bot into a live meeting, and minting a voice clone are all actions with real-world consequences that Autessa keeps behind a human confirmation.

E-signature​

Envelopes​

envelope-list filters by status, free-text search, folder, or only-unfiled, with sorting and pagination. inbox-list is narrower and often what you actually want: envelopes where you are a recipient — your signing queue.

envelope-get returns full detail: recipients, fields, sharing, and the tamper-evident audit trail.

Getting the document​

Both return short-lived URLs — fetch and use them promptly rather than storing them.

autessa e-signature envelope-direct-links --json '{...}'

Reveals an envelope's shareable signing links — a per-recipient link plus an envelope-level one — so you can deliver signing links outside of email (in a chat message, an app, an SMS). Treat these as sensitive: anyone holding a per-recipient link can sign as that recipient.

Folders​

Folders are the one place here you can change state:

Filing is many-to-many — one envelope can sit in several folders — and folder-remove-envelopes removes only the folder link, never the envelope itself.

contacts autocompletes past recipients and company-members lists people you can share an envelope or folder with — both exist to fill in a picker rather than to be browsed.

Sending, editing, sealing, voiding and sharing envelopes, renaming/deleting/sharing folders, and managing templates are all web-app-only, done from the e-signature page.

Meetings​

Meeting-recorder reads: bots and their recordings.

The runnable commands cover listing and inspecting recorder bots — their config, health, permissions and upcoming calendar meetings — plus listing and fetching recordings, and previewing a bot share. Bot health is the one to reach for when a meeting was missed: it reports whether the bot's calendar connection and permissions are still good.

Everything that changes state is done in meeting settings in the web app: creating and configuring bots, connecting a Google or Microsoft calendar as a bot, setting up a bot's custom subdomain with its DNS records and verification, dispatching, uploading and retrying recordings, sharing, inviting bots to events, and in-app alerts.

Voice​

Read-only, and the smallest runnable surface in the CLI — two commands out of eighteen.

Both group results by owned, company-shared, and shared-with-you.

The distinction matters when you are configuring a voice-enabled agent or manager: voices-list gives you the names you can actually set as a voiceName. A manager's get response also returns voiceOptionsList scoped to its model, which is usually the quicker path.

Creating, uploading, fine-tuning, sharing, transferring and deleting clones are all web-app-only — done from voice cloning in the web app.
