Catalog
The catalog is the public face of the Marketplace: a browsable library of reviewed templates you can install into your company in a few clicks, each with screenshots, a resource breakdown, and release notes.
What it's for
Instead of building a workflow from scratch, install one. Catalog templates are bundles that publishers have listed publicly (after admin review) or shared with their own company. Every template page shows exactly what will be installed — down to a dependency diagram — before you commit.
Navigating here
From Marketplace in the sidebar, click Browse catalog. Your installed templates live under My Installations, linked from the Marketplace pages.
Key concepts
- Tabs and discovery — the catalog has three tabs: All, Featured, and My templates. The All tab surfaces a Featured row of hand-picked templates. Search matches template names and descriptions, and a Category sidebar filters by the catalog's categories (categories are curated by Autessa and evolve over time — there is no fixed list).
- Visibility badges — cards are badged Public (approved for everyone), Company (shared within the publisher's company), or, for your own templates, Draft, Pending, Rejected, or Suspended. Only public and company templates can be installed.
- Template detail page — the hero shows the name, author, current version, and resource count with an Install template button. Below it: the long description, a What gets installed dependency diagram, a full resource breakdown from the manifest, Release notes for every version, a screenshots gallery, and a Security card confirming all credentials were stripped at export and you'll supply your own.
- Pre-check — clicking install runs a pre-check against your company before anything is created: it fetches the manifest, finds existing resources you could link instead of duplicating, and lists the secrets and connector requirements you'll need to satisfy.
- Install — from there, installation is the standard bundle import: review contents, link or create each resource, connect required connectors, supply secrets, and watch the live install timeline. See Bundles for the step-by-step.
How to install a template
- Find the template in the catalog and open its detail page.
- Review What gets installed and the Contents counts — tables, tools, agents, multi-agents, scheduled jobs, webhooks, custom apps, MCP servers, and connectors.
- Check the Security card and release notes, then click Install template.
- The import wizard opens pre-loaded with the template. Work through Dependencies (create new or link existing; connectors must be linked to an authenticated connector you already have) and Supply credentials.
- The install runs with a live per-resource timeline. On success, the resources are yours — visible and editable like anything you built by hand — and the install appears in My Installations.
How to manage your installations
- Open My Installations from the Marketplace. The page lists every completed install with totals for installations and resources created, plus search.
- Click an installation to see its detail page: each resource with a link to its editor, and sharing controls.
- To remove one, use Uninstall. Uninstalling deletes every resource the install created (resources you linked to existing ones are left untouched).
How to move to a newer version
Templates version over time — release notes on the detail page show what changed. In-place upgrade is not currently supported: to move to a newer version, uninstall the old installation and install the latest version fresh. If you've customized installed resources, note your changes first, since uninstalling deletes the created resources.
