Referrals

The referral program pays you commission for companies you bring to Autessa. Accept the affiliate agreement, share your referral code, and track every referred company and its commission from one dashboard.

What it's for​

If you recommend Autessa to other companies — as a consultant, an agency, or a happy customer — the referral program turns those recommendations into recurring commission. On the usage track you earn 15% of a referred customer's usage for 12 months; referrals that convert to enterprise agreements move to a separate enterprise track.

Key concepts​

  • Affiliate agreement — your referral code activates when you read and accept the Autessa Affiliate Partner Agreement, directly on the page. If the agreement is later updated, a banner asks you to re-accept it to keep earning.
  • Referral code and share link — a customizable code (for example ACMECONSULTING) with a copyable share link. When a company signs up with your code or link, it appears in your Referred companies table.
  • Tracks — each referral is on the Usage track (15% of collected usage, with the 12-month window shown as months remaining) or the Enterprise track. New referrals show as Pending Autessa review before becoming Active.
  • Payout details and tax form — Autessa pays earned commission monthly in arrears once your tax form is verified. Bank and tax details are encrypted at rest.

How to enroll and share your code​

  1. Open Referrals from the sidebar.
  2. Review the embedded agreement and click I have read and accept the Autessa Affiliate Partner Agreement. Your referral code activates immediately.
  3. Optionally click Customize on the "Your referral code" card to pick a memorable code — availability is checked as you type.
  4. Click Copy share link and send it to the companies you're referring.

How to get paid​

  1. In Payout details, click Add details and enter the account holder name, bank name, account number, routing number, and country.
  2. Submit your tax form; its status moves from Tax info needed to Tax under review to Tax verified.
  3. Once verified, the commission shown per referral is paid monthly in arrears. Paid and reversed amounts are marked on each row.
