Dashboard
The dashboard is the home screen of the Autessa builder. It shows which workspace you're in, this month's agent and API activity, and quick starts for building your first app or agent.
What it's for
The dashboard answers two questions at a glance: where am I? (which company scope is active, and what else you belong to) and what's happening? (which agents and API keys are actually being used). It's also the fastest jumping-off point into the rest of the platform via the sidebar.
Navigating here
The dashboard is the first page after signing in, and always one click away via Dashboard at the top of the sidebar.
Key concepts
- Workspace strip — shows your Current Workspace (the active company and whether you're Owner or Member) and all companies available to you, with a Change button that takes you to Companies to switch scope. Everything on the dashboard is scoped to the active company.
- Latest activity stats — four cards for the current month: Active Agents (with conversations), Conversations, Active API Keys (with usage), and API Requests.
- Agent activity — a table of agents active in the last three months, with month-by-month activity badges, conversation counts, and a color-coded success rate computed across the evaluated conversations in that three-month window. View jumps into that agent's history.
- API key usage — the same three-month view for API keys: active months and total requests, with a link into each key's request history.
- Featured templates — up to six curated marketplace templates you can install, shown on both the first-run and regular dashboards, with Browse all leading to the marketplace catalog.
- First-run quick starts — a brand-new workspace shows two cards instead of stats: Build an App (describe what you want in plain English and deploy it — the App Builder) and Create an Agent (Agents).
- Guided tour — the help icon next to the page title starts an interactive tour of the dashboard, walking through each section in place. Handy for onboarding teammates.
Dashboard analytics are cached and refresh once per day; use the Refresh button to force a reload after a burst of activity.
How to get oriented from the dashboard
- Check the Current Workspace cell — everything you create lands in this company. Click Change if you need a different scope.
- Scan Latest activity to confirm your agents and API keys are behaving; a dropping success rate is your cue to open Agent activity → View and read the conversation history.
- Use the sidebar to move on: Agentic Workflows for tools/agents/multi-agents, AutessaDB for data, App Builder for hosted apps, Connectors, Scheduled Jobs, API Management, and Company settings.
